Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping on my website If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send an e-mail for the problem to be solved.
Items must be in original packaging.
Hand painted items cannot be returned.
Products can be changed with different products or sizes.
You are responsible for your own shipping costs in case the products has no problem and you want only to change with different products.
Custom made products cannot be returned. 
Products have to be return in a fully resalable time and in original undamaged packaging.
If we find the products have not be returned to us in fully resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item you are returning/changing.
If you are returning an item because of an error of our part, because it's damaged or defective, we will return the delivery charges within 14 working days. For example, jeans that are ripped or cut down for aesthetic purposes are not damaged or defective goods.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/change, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
